How do I get my 20% credit?
Once we receive and assess your returned items, we email you a unique 20% credit code. You can use it on your next Atlaswear order at checkout.
How long does it take?
After your items arrive, assessment typically takes 3–5 business days. Your credit email is sent as soon as processing is complete.
Do I need my order number?
No — it helps, but it’s not required. We can usually locate your order using your email and item details.
Can I return gifts?
Yes. If the item was a gift, include the recipient’s email and any order details you have. We’ll issue the credit to the email provided.
Can I return sale items?
Yes. All Atlaswear items are eligible for Return & Earn, including those purchased on sale.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers cover the cost of sending items back to us. You’re welcome to use any carrier that’s convenient for you.
What if my item isn’t eligible?
If an item isn’t suitable for re-wear or recycling through our program, we’ll let you know before processing. No credit will be issued for ineligible items.
What condition do items need to be in?
We accept gently worn Atlaswear items that are clean and wearable. Minor fading and everyday wear are okay. Items with heavy staining, strong odours, mould, or major damage aren’t eligible.
Can I return multiple items together?
Yes. You’re welcome to bundle multiple Atlaswear items in one return. It keeps shipping simple and reduces impact.
Can I use my credit with other discounts?
Return & Earn credit can be used on any Atlaswear purchase. It can’t be combined with other promotional codes unless stated.
When does my credit expire?
Return & Earn credit is valid for 12 months from the issue date.
Where do returned items go?
Items in good condition are prepared for a second life. When they can’t be worn again, we prioritise responsible recycling to keep textiles out of landfill where possible.
Can I return non-Atlaswear clothing?
Return & Earn is currently available for Atlaswear items only.
Do you accept items from outside Australia?
Yes, Return & Earn is available for returns outside Australia.
